Prologue...
It was a little cloudy morning and the sky was filled with not too thick wet fog. The clock pointed to 7:53AM when the young man who was sleeping in peace hit his alarm clock button as that clock kept ringing for nearly 15 minutes, waiting for his response until he finally did so because he felt sorry for the clock and turned it off. He slowly started to open his eyes and tried to adjust to the strong light that was entering his eyes from windows which were open from last night. He kicked his cover sheets, sat in his bed and started to scratch his messy bed hair.
"I think it is time to get up, Masaki." He yawned talking to himself before scratching his hair again. He rose up to his feet, put his slippers on and walked to the bathroom. It was the first day of new school year. He should have been a little bit more excited about going to his high school again, but he wasn't that much excited about it at all. He took off his pajama and threw the pieces randomly here and there while he was walking to his bathroom. The boy with chocolate brown eyes stood under the hot water, having his morning shower, although he was still sleepy, but he loves his morning showers very much. He almost can't do anything or turn his brain or body system on without a shower. After the shower, the young man put his clothes on and had a quick breakfast that was done by his mother in the kitchen.
"Ma-chan, don't forget your lunch box as usually." A familiar voice came from another room talking to him without coming out from it.
"I will do that, mom." He rolled his eyes while grabbing his lunch box. "I am going now, I must hurry." He put his shoes on, got on his bicycle and left home without even waiting for ‘take care and be careful, today’ that his mom said to him.
He was Aiba Masaki, a senior high school student. He was well known by almost all the students at his school because he likes to smile a lot even when something is troubling him. He always thinks that, the people around him didn't do anything wrong to justify putting his anger or sadness on them.
As soon as Aiba entered the classroom, their teacher did also. It was a lucky day for him to not be late again for his classes; after all he was well known with his lateness. Not being late was a good start of a new school year.
"Today we would like to have a new student with us." The teacher stated quickly as he stood in front of the blackboard and looked at the open door next to the board. Students did the same, waiting for the new student to come in from that front door, most of the boys praying that new student would be a pretty girl while girls prayed for a handsome boy.
Aiba could see many disappointed expressions on boys’ faces when they saw a boy walk in the class with small steps, holding the school bag in his hand. He was handsome with a short black hair, cute chocolate brown colored eyes and pretty tall but might still be a bit smaller than Aiba. He stopped in front of the board, looked at the class and bowed a little bit before speaking.
"I am Sakurai Sho, a new student here, please treat me nicely." The students in the hall replied a faint greeting for him that sounded like 'welcome'.
"You can go and sit in that empty chair at the end of the class." The teacher said pointing at the chair right next to Aiba. Sho silently walked there and sat down while Aiba quickly stood up. "Ehh." He muttered in a faint voice, surprised expression visible on his face. Some faces turned at them, Sho looking at his face too, not understanding the sudden reaction but soon as Aiba composed himself again, he quickly sat down again to not make others look at them any longer.

The first period was math and it finished slowly, or that is what Aiba felt. He had a weird feeling about this new student, somehow he was sure he saw him somewhere before, but didn’t know where. He was aware of his constant looks at the new student but couldn’t help himself as he tried to remember his face. At one moment Sho looked at Aiba in a similar way as he did although it was only a short glance before he diverted his eyes to look outside the window to see the school yard. When he did that, Aiba was able to see a huge linear scar near Sho’s collarbone, disappearing under his shirt that looked as if it was caused by something sharp like knife or something similar. The scar actually didn’t scare the boy, instead he felt curious how the new boy got it and his eyes widened even more at realization that even the scar felt really familiar.
As soon as the period finished and the students greeted the teacher who stepped out from the class, Aiba immediately rose up from his chair and went to the new student next to him. "Did we meet before??" He said quickly.
"I don't know... I don't know you..." Sho said with a very cold voice, finding the student slightly annoying with the sudden question after all the fixed looks on him during class and he continued to look at the yard. He hated the fact that he needed to attend a new school, leave his old one and his old friends in the other city. Due to his father's job whole family needed to move and none could say anything about it.
"But I feel like I’ve seen you before... and that scar too, it is so familiar to me." Aiba continued, tried to touch Sho's scar but Sho reacted really fast and hit Aiba's hand away. He didn't know why he did that but it was as if his brain acted on his own and hated the other's hand. Aiba looked at his rejected hand that was just hit and then at the new student, not saying anything.
"I am sorry, I don't even know why I did that." New student spoke calmly before they fell in a silence again and after a few minutes Aiba just went back to his chair. He felt like he wanted to talk more with the other guy but he didn't respond nicely and Aiba didn’t want to poke at someone that didn’t want to communicate with him. To his surprise it was Sho who looked at where Aiba was sitting and sighed a little bit. "Listen, I am really sorry. I didn't mean to hit you. I really don't know why I did it... and to be honest... I have the same feeling as you." He was silent for a little bit, thinking what words to use, until Aiba looked at him. "I think I’ve met you before also, but I really can't remember anything or when." They just looked at each other and didn't say anything for the next minutes, they only shared the same thoughts, trying to find any connection existing between them.

Have you ever met someone and had a feeling that you’ve met that person before but couldn’t remember when or where? Did you ever think that there is a chance that you led a life in the history before you were even born? Did you ever believe in life after death or past life? Do these things really exist? Will we really live again in another body and create another story of our lives after we die? Is there any proof about this? Proof of unending circle of new life and death… It sounds weird to think about it and it is a very complicated topic as well, but when you think about why you love or hate a person when you have just met them, one moment, without any special reasons, deciding for you. Could that be a sign that you’ve known the other person before you were even born? Maybe... but let me tell you this story... It’s about two young boys, Sakurai Sho and Aiba Masaki who’ve just met but instantly felt the connection between them.
A/N: so finally after almost one year of no updates here I am with a new chaptered sakuraiba fic, it is a totally new thing that I never wrote before, I hope you enjoyed it like I did while writing it^^, I want from my old reader to tell me if they see any improvement in my writing and explanation... I hope you enjoy it^^
